Q. Do you ship Australia wide?

A. Yes, we ship all over Australia.  We have an online store so we ensure our full range can be sent anywhere in Australia. When you add a product to your cartclick on the link to ‘Estimate shipping & Tax’ and enter your postcode. The calculator will provide an accurate shipping quote.

 

Q. What is your returns policy

A. Industrialize does not accept returns due to the unique nature and individual characteristics of the style. If a manufacturing fault is present, Industrialize will endeavour to fix or replace the item(s). Industrialize must be notified by the customer within seven (7) of receiving the goods. Note: Shipping charges are non refundable.

 

Q. Can I pick up my item free of charge?

A. Industrialize offers a free pick up service from our warehouse situated at Unit 1/11 Saggart Field Road, St Andrews, NSW, 2566. Once you have made a purchase you will be emailed and notified of when your product will be ready for collection. Customers are asked to kindly wait until they are advised when their product will be ready for collection prior to coming to the warehouse. Complete pick-up details will be provided upon purchase.

 

Q. Are Industrialize products new or second hand?

A. Industrialize products are new and specifically designed to the industrial furniture style/genre. Some of our products are made with reclaimed or recycled materials. They have the strength and workmanship of a new product but the look and feel of a vintage/industrial piece.

 

Q. Are payments secure?

A. Industrialize payments are secure. Our website is secured by Mijireh Secure Checkout, we also use Paypal as a payment option.

 

Q. What payment types does Industrialize accept?

A. Industrialize accepts Paypal, Visa and MasterCard. We can also accept direct deposit (please contact us for this payment method).
